Upon successful completion of the curriculum, graduates receive a certificate of completion from Wiregrass Georgia Technical College. 

They will also receive a certificate of completion from Advanced ATC.

Once a student has demonstrated to our Tower Supervisor the necessary skills, requirements and knowledge as an Air Traffic Control Operator; They will be recommended to the FAA Examiner to be evaluated. Upon successful evaluation the FAA examiner will issue the student a Control Tower Operator's certificate with a Facility Rating.                           

Advanced ATC will then begin assisting the graduate with the FAA application process.

The hiring process with the FAA can take some time.  Therefore, while AATC graduates are working and waiting through that process, Advanced ATC will notify graduates on a regular basis of other ATC work related job opportunities to ensure their ATC skills are kept current and advanced. AATC also offers our graduates on going Advanced Simulation work at their request.
